Gay travellers tend to ask themselves two all-important questions when organising
a trip abroad. Where will I stay for the first few nights and how can I be sure
that I’m heading to the right district?
LeGayWorld has the
answers to these questions for the cities of Paris, London, Montreal, Lisbon,
San Francisco, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Barcelona, etc ...and we will soon be adding
Berlin, Amsterdam and Thailand and more to the list.
LeGayWorld sites are characterised by tough selection criteria and ruthlessly
frank comments, judging the addresses from both a gay and a travel perspective,
and adding real life anecdotes for that little bit more juicy information.

and apartments are visited and ‘tested’ before being featured on
our site and our comments are sincere and totally independent.

- Expensive or cheap? It all depends on what’s on offer and that’s
what we rate…
- Our limits? We start at 2-star accommodation and no stop limit … 25
years of travels in over 50 countries
- 5-6 months per year ‘on the road’ visiting cities and hotels
Gay connections:
- The location, close to gay districts and hotspots,
- Very intimate details, from the decor to great views down into the firemen’s’
private quarters!
- Just to clarify, we use the term ‘gay hotel’ when the majority
of clients are gay or lesbian
2. It all started with LeGayParis since 1999
LeGayParis has been online since 1999. It features thirty or so hotels as well as saunas, restaurants, exhibitions and parties in the French capital… LeGayWorld benefits from the expertise of its more experienced Parisian cousin in terms of tourism choices and partners.
